This season, we’re opening the farm for photography sessions. We’re so excited to welcome you and your clients as you capture all the special moments they celebrate.
Our 20-acre farm is full of gorgeous backdrops for any occasion: blossoming flower fields, long rows of stunning foliage, a seasonal trellis tunnel, old and new growth forests, native wildflower fields, and—of course—our historic white barn framed by rows of columnar oak trees.

Watch your inbox. If your requested slot is available, you will receive an email with scheduling approval and a link to purchase a rental pass for your approved date.
Purchase your rental pass in our online shop to finalize your booking.
Full payment is required to reserve your date and is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the photography session.

Sessions are priced at $50 for a one-hour session, or $90 for a two-hour session.

Your payment is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the photography session. And we’ll happily reschedule sessions for inclement weather at no additional cost.

+ Please keep in mind that this os private property and a working farm. We ask that you do not damage any structures, equipment, or crops while trying to capture your perfect shot.
+ Photographers and their clients must check in and sign a Release of Liability agreement upon arrival and prior to entering the farm fields.
+ Do not trespass on our property during non-business hours. Only guests who have reserved a photography session with us will be allowed to enter the farm for photography.
+ Any equipment or props brought to the field must be carried in and carried out. Raven Oaks Farm assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any equipment or belongings.
+ In the flower fields, photographers and their clients must remain on pathways and never cross through beds. Picking flowers is not permitted—however, upon request and an additional fee, we may cut fresh blooms for you to use as props in your photos!
+ Proper attire must always be worn during all photo shoots. We cannot accommodate boudoir photography sessions or any other risqué attire or photography.
+ We will be on the property during all photography sessions and will be available to answer questions and provide assistance as we are able.
+ If our photography policies our violated, we will require your immediate departure from the farm.

When we receive your submission, we’ll reach out to let you know if your requested time slot is available. If your date is available, we will send you a link to complete payment and a Release of Liability to be completed by you and your client prior to your session.
Once you’ve completed the form above and received an email approving your requested date, finalize your booking by purchasing a rental pass from our online shop!
